56-year-old female who was bothered by the heaviness of her upper eyelids. On exam she was noted to have significant skin on her upper eyelids and a slightly low brow. We opted to do a conservative upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia, and possibly address the brow at a later date. We also opted to do a fractionated CO2 laser around her eyes to improve skin texture. At 3 months post-operatively she is noted to have visible eyelids and a more youthful upper eye contour, with full relief of the heaviness she once described.
