38-year-old female who had undergone a skin-only standard upper blepharoplasty with an outside surgeon several years prior. She presented reporting worsening upper eyelid aesthetics after this procedure. It was noted that her upper eye heaviness was related to displaced lacrimal (tear) glands, excess upper eyelid fat and a low outer brow. She is shown six weeks after temporal, endoscopic-style browlift and revision upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). Minimal skin was removed during her upper blepharoplasty – instead, her lacrimal glands were repositioned up to their normal positions, and her upper eyelid fat was contoured.
