Fully Ablative Erbium: YAG (TRL) Laser around the Eyes (with Upper Blepharoplasty, Ptosis Repair and Fat Grafting)

53-year-old female who presented with the complaint of tired eyes. She is shown 4 months after fully ablative Erbium: YAG (Sciton TRL) laser around the eyes, in conjunction with upper eyelid surgery including blepharoplasty, ptosis repair and fat grafting to the upper eyelids. The laser helped with fine lines, wrinkles and sun spots around the eyes.
