Upper Blepharoplasty with Fat Grafting to the Upper and Lower Eyelids (with Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift and Lower Facial Fat Grafting)

51-year-old female 6 months post-op from upper blepharoplasty to improve the upper eyelid skin, along with fat grafting to the upper and lower eyelids to improve contour and decrease hollowness. This patient also underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, along with lower facial fat grafting, to correct cheek, jawline, and neck laxity and hollowness.
