31-year-old female who presented complaining that her face had become more rectangular. She reported grinding and clenching at night. She was diagnosed with masseter (chewing muscle) hypertrophy, as a result of this grinding and clenching, leading to the changes she noticed in her jaw. She is shown 6 weeks after neurotoxin (Botox) treatment to these muscles, resulting in jawline slimming and a more heart-shaped face. She also has complete relief from her symptoms related to teeth grinding and clenching.
