Lip Filler with Botox to Masseter Muscles

33-year-old female with a history of displeasure with the fullness of her lips, and complaining of discomfort related to grinding and clenching teeth at night.  She is shown six weeks after conservative lip augmentation with Restylane Kysse and Botox treatment to the masseter muscles, which served to relieve her symptoms and reduce some squareness of her jaw.
