Non-Surgical Facial Slimming

29-year-old female who presented complaining that her face had become more rectangular. On history, she reported significant grinding and clenching at night, requiring a nightguard for tooth protection. She was diagnosed with masseter (chewing muscle) hypertrophy, as a result of this grinding and clenching, leading to the changes she noticed in her jaw. She is shown 6 weeks after neurotoxin (Botox) treatment to these muscles, resulting in jawline slimming and a more heart-shaped face.
