Earlobe Reduction & Repair

49-year-old female with history of a right stretched ear piercing which did not properly hold in place earrings, along with an elongated earlobe. She is shown 3 months after earlobe reduction along with repair of stretched piercing, all done under local anesthesia. Earlobe reduction is a small but powerful rejuvenating procedure – frequently combined with other facial rejuvenation surgeries – and corrects the stereotypical elongated earlobes associated with age.
