Laceration Repair
Dr. Cabin provides 24/7 in-office or in-home laceration repair with stitches/sutures for adults and children as young as 6 months. Sedation is available for both children and adults, provided by a board-certified anesthesiologist. Please click below for more specific information.
Masseter Botox for Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMJD)
As TMJD can damage teeth, cause severe facial pain and lead to difficulties with chewing, eating and communicating, Dr. Cabin feels that – on a case-by-case basis only – patients who require Botox for TMJD management should still be able to receive care. Patients with permanent facial paralysis and/or synkinesis can require Botox in order to communicate and function normally.
